The 2141 Fund
Emergency support for reserve company commanders facing financial harm due to extended service. The fund is dedicated in memory of Major Bar Falah, of blessed memory, and is operated with professionalism, sensitivity, and discretion.

When a reserve commander is called for extended service, life doesn’t pause, work, family, and financial responsibilities continue. Through 2141, commanders
receive targeted support: career guidance, mentoring, community backing, and when needed direct assistance from the 2141 Fund.
